Summary: This role supports the BIM Manager in implementing and enforcing BIM methods, processes, and data exchange standards within projects, ensuring compliance with DDxP. Highlights: 1. Lead multi-discipline projects and teams in BIM processes 2. Drive advancement of regional and global BIM practices 3. Develop and maintain content/components for design tools The DDTS Content Creator is responsible for assisting the BIM Manager and responsible for executing the BIM method in the project. As the person responsible for following the BIM strategy in the project, this person is responsible for enforcing the DDxP (Digital Delivery Execution Plan) and for consolidating all deliverable contributions of project team members into a Common Data Environment (CDE). This person ensures that the BIM method is implemented, specifying processes, model development levels, software, and data exchange formats within relevant frameworks for the guidelines of project. Experience and Qualifications: * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience working within BIM processes. * Experience of leading multi\-discipline projects and teams. * Experience of managing Common Data Environments. * Appropriate BIM certification (affiliations/certifications vary across regions) Responsabilities: * Implementing project setup requirements – configuration of ACC, and software design tools * Content/ component development – Revit Families, AutoCAD Blocks, MicroStation Cells, etc. * Regularly review, maintaining standards and model conformances with the design team. * Routinely assists the BIM Manager in model review/Clash detection meetings, design kick\-off meetings and coordination meetings. * Responsible for project deliverables of design package. * Weekly model maintenance reviews. * Promote DDTS Group direction, initiatives and best practices that include SMART Start, GHD’s Pinnacle Series portal. * Be cognizant of advancement of Global BIM practices. * Support in the advancement of the regional BIM practices. * Attend Monthly lunch and learns meetings with regional project staff (Designers, PMs, DMs, Engineers, Architects, etc.) to update on current and innovative technical tools, procedures, workflows and standards as outlined by the Americas BIM Director. * Assist in the implamentation of Americas BIM Initiative with regards to project delivery, standards, workflows, and procedures. **Accountable for:** * Following regional and GHD BIM standards, latest developments, strategic efforts, software, workflow updates, and all relevant progress. * Communicating to the BIM Manager any concerns and resistance to change to leadership and advocating the EDO initiatives and objectives.
