At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain data channels and ETL processes to ensure efficient and reliable data flow from diverse sources into our data warehouse. * Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Perform data modeling and database design to optimize data storage and retrieval. * Implement data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Monitor and troubleshoot systems and data pipelines to identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks. * Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and data engineering best practices. * Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and recommend improvements to enhance data infrastructure and systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala). * Experience with data modeling and database design principles. * Familiarity with ETL tools and processes. * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment. * Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
