Position Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented, organized, and commercially aware **Contract Specialist** to support the preparation, review, administration, and monitoring of business contracts. The successful candidate will work closely with legal, procurement, finance, sales, project\-management, and operational teams to ensure contracts are accurately documented, properly executed, and effectively managed throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Draft, review, and administer commercial contracts, agreements, purchase orders, and related documentation. * Coordinate the contract lifecycle from preparation and negotiation through execution, renewal, amendment, and closure. * Review contracts for commercial terms, obligations, deadlines, pricing, deliverables, and compliance requirements. * Maintain an organized and up\-to\-date contract database and document repository. * Track contract milestones, expiration dates, renewals, amendments, and required actions. * Coordinate contract approvals and signatures with internal and external stakeholders. * Work with legal counsel to identify and address contractual risks and issues. * Support negotiations by preparing contract summaries, comparison documents, and relevant commercial information. * Monitor supplier, customer, and service\-provider compliance with contractual obligations. * Review statements of work, service\-level agreements, confidentiality agreements, and related documents. * Ensure contract documentation is complete, accurate, and properly authorized. * Identify potential contractual risks and escalate significant issues to management or legal teams. * Prepare contract reports, status updates, and management summaries. * Support procurement and sales teams with contract\-related activities. * Assist with invoice and payment disputes related to contractual terms. * Maintain confidentiality of commercial, financial, and business information. * Help improve contract\-management processes, templates, and internal procedures. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Law, Contract Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field**. * **2–4 years of experience** in contract administration, contract management, procurement, legal operations, or a similar role. * Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract\-management principles. * Excellent attention to detail and document\-review skills. * Strong organizational and time\-management abilities. * Good understanding of contractual terms, obligations, deliverables, and deadlines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to identify inconsistencies, risks, and missing information in contracts. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel**. * Experience using contract\-management systems, ERP platforms, or document\-management tools. * Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information. * Strong negotiation\-support and stakeholder\-management skills. * Ability to work effectively with legal, procurement, finance, sales, and project teams. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in **technology, software, cloud services, mining, agriculture, energy, engineering, or professional services**. * Experience with software\-development agreements, SaaS contracts, cloud\-service agreements, or technology procurement. * Familiarity with Chilean commercial and contractual requirements. * Experience managing contracts with suppliers, customers, consultants, or technology vendors. * Knowledge of service\-level agreements (SLAs), statements of work (SOWs), NDAs, and master service agreements. * Familiarity with ERP or contract\-management platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems. * Experience supporting contract negotiations and vendor\-management processes. * Professional certification or additional training in **contract management, procurement, or commercial law** is an advantage. * Strong English communication skills are preferred for working with international clients and technology partners.
