Job Summary: We are seeking a technically strong professional with a holistic perspective to ensure continuity, availability, and efficiency of technology services in hybrid environments. We seek a professional with strong technical orientation and holistic vision, capable of operating within hybrid ecosystems (AWS \+ on\-premise). This role combines operations, continuous improvement, and technical decision-making, playing a key part in ensuring continuity, availability, and efficiency of technology services. * You will play an active role in designing, deploying, and evolving solutions, collaborating with both technical and business teams. * Administer and optimize infrastructure on AWS and on\-premise environments * Resolve complex incidents and ensure operational continuity * Participate in designing and implementing hybrid architectures * Define and apply best practices for security, availability, and performance * Coordinate with internal teams (infrastructure, development, business) * Prioritize tasks and manage technical initiatives * Propose continuous improvements in service operations and automation Requirements * Qualified professional with a degree in Computer Science or a related field. * Relevant courses and certifications aligned with seniority level * Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline * \+4 years of experience in similar roles * Proven experience with AWS (implementation and administration) * Solid knowledge of on\-premise infrastructure * Experience managing incidents and ensuring operational continuity * Ability to coordinate and provide technical leadership * Strong communication skills At Axity, we foster an inclusive environment where differences are celebrated and everyone has the opportunity to grow and excel.
