Job Responsibilities: * Define and communicate the strategic vision and architecture of Artificial Intelligence–enabled products. * Manage and prioritize the feature backlog based on expected return and technical feasibility. * Ensure adherence to guidelines on ethics, privacy, and data security. * Act as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams (Data Scientists, AI Specialists, Developers), translating business needs into technical requirements. * Coordinate all phases of solution or product development: ideation, research, design, development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. * Identify new AI opportunities and use cases, promoting controlled experimentation and impact measurement. * Define and maintain work plans, including timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risks. * Prepare executive reports, risk alerts, and risk escalation. * Encourage knowledge sharing, training, and assessment of team knowledge evolution. * Document deliverables, templates, and playbooks, maintaining up-to-date knowledge repositories. * Support value and outcome measurement for implemented solutions or products. Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. * At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software development or data analytics projects. * Minimum 2 years of experience implementing digital products or software with integrated AI components. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning. * Experience with AI cloud platforms (Azure AI, Google AI, AWS ML, or others). * Programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). * Knowledge of SQL and relational and non-relational databases. * Proficiency with supervised and unsupervised models (regression, classification, clustering). * Experience in data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization. * Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment in production environments. * Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud platforms. * Intermediate to advanced English (mandatory for documentation and collaboration with global teams). Desirable: * Courses or diplomas in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, or Big Data. * Certifications in AI and Cloud (Google Cloud AI, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate). * Certifications in MLOps and Data Engineering. * Certifications in Agile and Product Management (CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Product Management certifications). * Knowledge of data architecture, APIs, and integration with AI platforms. * Familiarity with tools such as Spark and Kubeflow.
