Position Summary: We are seeking a professional Tutor/Caregiver to work directly with children and adolescents at the residence, providing accompaniment, conflict mediation, and activity planning. Mediating conflicts and intervening in emotional or behavioral crises Fundación Casa Esperanza e.V.'s Las Parras Family Life Residence in Valdivia requires hiring a TUTOR/CAREGIVER **(caregiver with rotating 12-hour weekend shifts)** — either a technical professional or university graduate — to work directly with children and adolescents. * ***PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING:*** Key responsibilities include: **Caregiving duties and direct intervention with residence children, girls, and youth, including daily routine support** during meal times, study hours, recreational activities, **accompaniment to medical appointments or other intervention programs**. Supervision of hygiene and clothing for younger children requiring greater support. Promoting a safe environment, values, and education across various domains grounded in respect and respectful treatment.
