Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible Warehouse Operators to support logistical processes including receiving, storage, order preparation, and dispatch of products, while maintaining order and safety. Opportunity for an indefinite-term contract based on performance Warehouse Operator **Salary: $600,000 CLP net per month** Position Objective We are looking for **Warehouse Operators**, primarily focused on operational tasks related to receiving, storing, preparing, and dispatching products, ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s logistical processes. Main Responsibilities * Receiving and storing goods. * Order preparation (**Picking & Packing**). * Loading and unloading materials. * Supporting dispatch processes. * Basic product inventory control. * Maintaining warehouse order and organization. * Complying with established safety and operational procedures. Mandatory Requirement * **Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in Warehouse Operator or similar roles.** Requirements * Verifiable experience in warehouse operations, especially in **receiving, storage, order preparation, picking, inventory management, loading, and unloading of materials**. * Experience in preparing and organizing orders through **Picking & Packing** processes. * Basic inventory management skills. * Class B driver’s license (**desirable**). * Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational work and handle materials. * Availability to work onsite in **Quilicura**. Desired Profile We seek individuals who are **proactive, responsible, autonomous, and initiative-driven**, capable of performing effectively in a warehouse operation without requiring constant supervision. Important Information This position requires **continuous physical labor**, involving movement and handling of materials. The operation includes handling **rolls weighing between 25 and 100 kg using support equipment**, although manual handling and loading of these materials will also be required. Employment Type The position initially offers a **fixed-term contract**, subject to renewal based on performance and company needs. After the established renewals, there is potential to transition to an **indefinite-term contract**. Work Location and Commuting **Quilicura – Onsite employment.** The area has **limited access to public transportation**, so preference will be given to applicants who **reside in Quilicura or nearby areas**, or who have alternative transportation arrangements enabling punctual and consistent attendance at the workplace.
