You will be responsible for comprehensive customer service at the point of sale, cash register operation, and cross-functional support of store operations, contributing to an agile and high-quality service experience. Main Responsibilities: - Operate the cash register, processing payments via various payment methods and ensuring proper handling of cash. - Perform opening, cash counting, closing, and reconciliation procedures, reporting discrepancies or incidents. - Record sales, issue receipts, and maintain basic control over cash movements. - Provide courteous and efficient customer service, guiding sales and delivering a positive experience. - Deliver products, verifying correct orders, presentation, and dispatch timing. - Maintain order, cleanliness, and restocking in the cash area, counter, and display cases. - Execute opening, shift-change, and closing checklists for the area. - Collaborate with other operational roles in the store according to customer flow and service needs. Requirements: - Completed secondary education. - Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier, sales, customer service, retail, or gastronomy roles. - Proficiency in cash handling and payment methods (debit, credit, bank transfer). - Customer orientation and ability to work under pressure. - Desired: Training in customer service, sales, or food handling (not mandatory).
