Job Summary: We are seeking staff for customer service, inventory support, cash handling, product unloading and organization, and general store operations—ensuring an excellent shopping experience. What are the conditions? * On-site work in the commune of Providencia, near Plaza 18 de septiembre. * Full-time schedule: Monday to Sunday, divided into weekly rotating shifts—6X1 and 5X2 (opening and closing shifts). In the 6X1 opening shift: * Monday and Tuesday 12:00–22:00, Wednesday 12:00–19:00, Thursday to Saturday 10:00–19:00, Sunday 10:00–15:30; one fixed day off between Monday and Wednesday; one-hour break Monday to Saturday, and a 30-minute break on Sundays. In the 5X2 closing shift: * Monday to Wednesday 12:00–22:00, Thursday 15:00–00:00, Friday and Saturday 15:00–01:00, Sundays off (two Sundays off per month); one fixed day off between Monday and Wednesday; one-hour break Monday to Saturday. What are the requirements? * Availability to work rotating shifts—5X2 and 6X1\. * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Completion of secondary education. * Foreign nationals must hold permanent residency.
