Full-Time Integrated Sales Associate (Macul Support)

Job Summary: General in-store support, customer service, and product management to ensure an excellent shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and shopping experience 2. Support in general store operations * Customer service. * Inventory support. * Cashier operations. * Product unloading and organization. * Support in general store operations. * Ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. What are the conditions? * Fixed-term contract for 2 months with possibility of extension. * On-site work in the Macul commune, near the Ilustre Municipalidad. * Full-time schedule: Monday to Sunday, divided into weekly rotating shifts—6X1 and 5X2 (opening and closing shifts). In the 6X1 opening shift: * Monday and Tuesday: 12:00–22:00, Wednesday: 12:00–19:00, Thursday and Friday: 10:00–18:00, Saturday: 10:00–19:00, Sunday: 10:00–15:30; with a 1-hour break Monday through Saturday and a 30-minute break on Sundays. In the 5X2 closing shift: * Monday to Wednesday: 12:00–22:00, Thursday: 16:00–00:00, Friday: 16:00–01:00, Saturday: 10:00–19:00, Sundays off (2 Sundays off per month), one fixed day off between Monday and Wednesday; with a 1-hour break Monday through Saturday. What are the requirements? * Availability to work rotating shifts (5X2 and 6X1). * Must be at least 18 years old. * Completion of secondary education. * Foreign nationals must hold permanent residency.
