Job Summary: We are seeking an Intermediate Travel Advisor to coordinate travel bookings, assist travelers, optimize itineraries, resolve issues, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and collaborate with various suppliers. Our team in Chile is growing, and we are currently looking for an Intermediate Travel Advisor to join our team. **About the Role** * Coordinate flight, hotel, ground transportation, and other related service bookings in accordance with corporate policies. * Assist travelers at all stages of their journey (pre-, during, and post-travel), ensuring a seamless experience. * Analyze and propose efficient itinerary alternatives, optimizing time and costs. * Resolve inquiries and issues in real time during travel, including changes, reissues, or contingencies. * Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and internal procedures. * Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiency, and improved user experience. * Record and update travel information. * Work with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to ensure availability and service. * Escalate incidents and follow up for prompt resolution. **About You** * Technical or university education in Tourism, Administration, Business, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in corporate travel agencies or similar roles. * Experience supporting business travelers, preferably in the mining sector. * Knowledge of airline fares, fare rules, and reissuance processes. * Proficiency in MS Office tools and travel management platforms. * Intermediate/advanced English (spoken and written). * Competencies: Customer orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, empathy and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and in teams, organization, and attention to detail. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth, and our goal is to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
