




Job Summary: We are seeking an Intermediate Travel Advisor to coordinate travel reservations, assist travelers, optimize itineraries, and resolve issues in real time—ensuring a seamless experience and compliance with corporate policies. Our team in Chile is growing, and we are currently seeking an Intermediate Travel Advisor to join our team. **About the Role** * Coordinate flight, hotel, ground transportation, and other related travel bookings in accordance with corporate policies. * Assist travelers at all stages of their journey (pre-, during, and post-travel), ensuring a seamless experience. * Analyze and propose efficient itinerary alternatives to optimize time and costs. * Resolve inquiries and issues in real time during travel, including changes, reissues, or contingencies. * Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and internal procedures. * Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiency, and improvement in user experience. * Record and update travel information. * Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to ensure availability and service. * Escalate incidents and follow up to ensure prompt resolution. **About You** * Technical or university education in Tourism, Administration, Business, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in corporate travel agencies or similar roles. * Experience supporting business travelers, preferably in the mining sector. * Knowledge of airline fares, fare rules, and ticket reissuance. * Proficiency in MS Office tools and travel management platforms. * Intermediate/advanced English (spoken and written). * Competencies: Customer orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, empathy and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and in teams, organization, and attention to detail. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
