Job Summary: We are seeking a Lifting Supervisor to coordinate and supervise cargo lifting operations in mining, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and supervise lifting operations at mining sites. 2. Lead field work teams, ensuring safety and efficiency. 3. Develop management reports and operational documentation. We are looking for a Lifting Supervisor to join our team in the First Region! A professional is required to coordinate and supervise daily cargo lifting operations at mining sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with operational procedures. The ideal candidate must have verifiable mining experience, technical knowledge of lifting operations, and leadership skills to manage field work teams. Requirements: * Residence only in Iquique or Alto Hospicio. * Solid knowledge of lifting techniques and occupational safety regulations. * Valid Class B driver's license (Mandatory)\- * Ability to lead, organize, and supervise work teams. * Health compatible with work at high geographical altitude. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise daily lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. * Coordinate the field team, ensuring proper use of equipment and tools. * Prepare management reports and operational documentation according to established procedures. * Maintain smooth and effective communication with all departments involved in the operation. Key Competencies: * Leadership and decision-making ability under pressure. * Clear and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. The work is coordinated from the Head Office, assigning services to various mining sites. During periods without assigned sites, support is provided at our facilities. Therefore, residence in Iquique is preferred. Work Location: On-site employment
