In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Executing extrajudicial proceedings in accordance with established standards.
* Attending assigned hearings, both for your own team and in support of other units.
* Managing assigned cases in compliance with established criteria and guidelines.
* Analyzing criminal cases and proposing strategies aligned with each case’s objectives.
* Managing and attending work meetings with public agencies to address client-related issues.
* Keeping the client informed about meeting management, content, and agreements, coordinating legal strategies as appropriate.
* Collaborating with the Public Prosecutor’s Office and police forces in designing and executing investigative strategies.
* Directly coordinating with the client to collect necessary evidence for the case.
* Monitoring adherence to deadlines committed to the client, per company standards.
* Maintaining the internal platform up-to-date with progress and status of each case.
* Preparing case and meeting reports according to clients’ specific requirements.

* Work modality is partially remote, with field activities conducted as needed.

**Desired Profile**

* Law degree holder with swearing-in before the Supreme Court (mandatory).
* One year of relevant work experience for this position.
* Knowledge of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law.
* Familiarity with Administrative Law is desirable.
* Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
