Join us as our next **Strategic Planning Consultant** at **Head Office** and together, let’s make Chile the country that best cares for workers and their families. **What are the objectives of the role?** Contribute to the development of strategic projects by generating analysis and conclusions that support project recommendations. You will work on key projects from day one, with direct exposure to leaders holding international MBAs, in a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and accelerated development. **What will be your main challenges?** * Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative information to test hypotheses defined for the project * Generate conclusions from analyses and recommend courses of action based on them * Develop presentations or other communication materials to convey recommendations to internal clients **What requirements must you meet?** * Education: Civil Engineering or Business Engineering * Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience.
