Key responsibilities: ? Receive, inspect, and record incoming groceries, meat, dairy, and vegetables from suppliers. ? Store raw materials in refrigerated chambers or dry storage areas, strictly applying the FIFO system. ? Dispatch daily requested products and supplies to the Head Chef according to the scheduled menu, recording all outgoing items. ? Conduct physical inventory counts and maintain the digital stock system up to date. ? Monitor food preservation conditions, expiration dates, and refrigerated chamber temperatures. Requirements: ? Technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field. ? Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in this role. ? Intermediate-level Excel proficiency or ERP system experience. ? Knowledge of hygiene regulations for storage and sanitary control. ? Availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule at a campsite.
