Currently, we are looking for a **Senior Nursing Technician (SNT)** to join the **Clinical Support Unit**.
Shift:
4th Regular Shift
Job Objective:
Provide clinical assistance support across various clinical services, contributing to continuity of care during clinical contingencies, unplanned absences, medical leaves, legal holidays, and periods of high demand, delivering safe and high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients.
Job Responsibilities:
Support clinical care across various departments of the Clinic according to clinical requirements.
Perform basic nursing care and tasks delegated by the clinical team.
Collaborate with the Nursing team to deliver safe, timely, and humanized care.
Adapt to different clinical services, patients, and work teams as required by institutional needs.
Ensure compliance with protocols, safety standards, and clinical quality standards.
What do we expect from you?
Senior Nursing Technician degree awarded by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Health (mandatory).
Valid registration with the Superintendence of Health.
Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical areas (preferred).
Knowledge of adult and pediatric patient care (preferred).
Completed BLS course (preferred).
Valid Hepatitis B vaccination (mandatory).
Adaptability, emotional stability, empathy, teamwork, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
