Job Summary: We are seeking a Route Merchandiser to perform restocking, organization, cleaning, and stock control of cosmetics and hygiene products, managing stockouts and reporting to supervisors. Monitors inventory and manages product stockouts **JOIN OUR TEAM!** A reputable company is currently looking for a **Route Merchandiser (Stock Replenisher)** to work **peak-time shifts totaling 26 hours per week**, for a major mass-consumption brand located in the commune of **RANCAGUA**, replenishing cosmetics and hygiene products. This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities who agree with the scheduled working hours and associated job responsibilities, ensuring accessibility conditions and reasonable accommodations necessary for proper performance. ️ Shift Details **Working hours:** From 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM (including legally mandated lunch break). **Compensation:** $398,000 CLP per shift actually worked ️ Tasks to Be Performed The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties in-store: **Merchandise Restocking:** Transport and handling of goods from warehouse to shelves, both manually and using available equipment and tools on-site. **Organization and Cleaning:** Maintain clear, clean aisles and shelves, with products properly displayed. **Stock Control:** Review available in-store inventory to ensure product availability. **Stockout Management:** Place orders and immediately report product shortages (stockouts) for urgent restocking. **Use of Mobile Phone and Digital Platforms:** Operate mobile devices to maintain contact with supervisors and submit daily reports. ✅ Requirements Safety shoes (ideally). Valid national ID card (or valid work visa for foreign applicants). Proactivity and ability to work independently.
