We love what we do and are looking for committed individuals with a human-centered approach and passion for talent. ### **Your Role** We are seeking a **Psychologist** who wishes to join our selection team for a **temporary project**, supporting search, evaluation, and candidate presentation processes. ### **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Posting job openings and performing resume screening. * Scheduling and conducting interviews. * Administering, scoring, and interpreting psychometric tests. * Preparing reports and maintaining communication with clients. * Supporting internal management tasks within the selection department. ### **✅** **What we are looking for in you:** * **Licensed Psychologist** (mandatory requirement). * Experience in **recruitment and selection**, preferably within consulting firms. * Knowledge of **psychometric assessments**. * Proficiency with recruitment platforms and Office tools. * Residence in the **Metropolitan Region**. ### **We offer:** * Hybrid modality: 3 in-person days and 2 remote days! * Collaborative team and close-knit environment. * Experience working on projects with diverse companies. * Project-based contract (defined duration). ### **Availability:** **Immediate start**
