Excellent working environment **WE ARE HIRING PRODUCTION OPERATORS – QUILICURA!** A leading food industry company located in the commune of **Quilicura** is currently seeking **Production Operators** to join its team. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support various stages of the production process. * Perform packaging, labeling, and boxing of products. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with the company's established quality, food safety, and safety procedures. * Support production operations as required by the department. ### **Requirements:** * Availability to work on rotating shifts. * Availability to work in the commune of Quilicura. * Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial plants is desirable (but not mandatory). * Responsibility, commitment, and willingness to work as part of a team. ### **Working Hours:** Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday: ✅ Morning shift: 06:40–15:20 hrs. ✅ Afternoon shift: 14:40–22:20 hrs. ✅ Night shift: 21:40–07:20 hrs. **Important:** The assignment of work area and shift system (two or three shifts) will be determined by the company based on operational requirements upon hiring. ### **Benefits:** ️ Meal allowance at the cafeteria.
