




\* Ensure the continuous operation of the production process by preparing and adjusting equipment according to established procedures. \* Execute dosing, portioning, packaging, ingredient preparation, line feeding, and support tasks in storage. \* Monitor operational parameters and CCPs, promptly recording and reporting deviations, failures, or risks. \* Comply with hygiene, safety, food safety, and quality standards, maintaining order, cleanliness, and sanitation of the area and equipment. \* Perform basic maintenance, sanitization, and support additional tasks as needed. \* Coordinate with the work team, follow supervisor instructions, and communicate job requirements. \* Participate in required training sessions for operations.
