Job Summary: KiosClub American Supermarket is seeking a Junior Occupational Health and Safety Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of occupational safety and health programs. Participate in investigations of occupational accidents and incidents. **We are looking for our next Junior Occupational Health and Safety Officer!** At **KiosClub American Supermarket**, we seek to hire a proactive, responsible individual with an interest in **Occupational Risk Prevention** to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to support the implementation and monitoring of occupational safety and health programs, contributing to compliance with current regulations and fostering a preventive culture within the organization. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Support the identification and assessment of occupational hazards across various company processes and departments. * Collaborate in implementing safety and risk prevention programs, supporting the dissemination of internal protocols and procedures. * Conduct inspections of facilities and workstations to identify unsafe conditions and report them promptly. * Support training and awareness initiatives for teams on topics including safety, occupational health, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Participate in investigations of occupational accidents and incidents, assisting in root cause analysis and proposing preventive measures. * Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to occupational risk prevention management. * Collaborate in implementing and disseminating emergency and evacuation plans. * Coordinate actions with various company departments to promote safe work practices. * Contribute to fostering a safety culture among work teams. * Support other functions related to this area as required by the company. **Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, Industrial Safety, or a related field. * No prior experience required (professional internships or related experience will be valued). * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and health legislation. * Interest in developing a career in occupational risk prevention. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. **Position Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:30; Friday, 8:00–14:00. * **Work Mode:** On-site in the commune of Recoleta. * **Dress Code:** Flexible dress code. * **Salary: $850\.000 CLP.** **Benefits:** * Access to benefits offered by the Chilean Association of Safety (ACHS) and Caja Los Andes. * Complementary life and health insurance, effective upon indefinite contract execution. * Employee discount on brand products. * Benefits through the BUK platform, including discounts on dental services, sports, apparel, restaurants, and more. * Brand gift cards for purchases at our stores during Independence Day and Christmas holidays, granted once the indefinite contract is executed.
