They will be responsible for executing and overseeing processes related to payments, contracts, leaves, social security contributions, and other related tasks, contributing to employee well-being and organizational operational continuity. Job Requirements: 3 years of experience in payroll management and processing (mandatory). Knowledge of the employee life cycle. Experience in financial institutions such as banks, cooperatives, or CCAF. Proficiency in Talana ERP (not mandatory, another ERP may be acceptable). Academic Background: Technical degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Engineering, or related field.
