We are implementing a new global structure focused on process efficiency and strengthening a more specialized and strategic People area, while maintaining an open-door and transparent culture with our employees. **Role Purpose:** Support and execute comprehensive employee life cycle management within the Chile Division, from attraction through development and retention, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and the strategic needs of the Division.
