Requirements: ? Technical studies in logistics, computer science, or related fields ? Experience in User Support or Help Desk areas (2 or more years) ? Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Basic Microsoft Access; Intermediate knowledge of operational and logistical workflows Schedule: Rotating shifts AM and PM ? AM: Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:00; Saturday, 8:00–15:00 hrs ? PM: Monday–Friday, 12:00–22:00 hrs Compensation: CLP $570,000 net + CLP $40,000 attendance bonus (total net CLP $610,000) Benefits: ?
