Contribution to corporate protection and contractual benefits. **Job Description** As a **Lease Administrator**, you are responsible for managing digital and physical contracts, working closely with colleagues in the legal and controlling functions within your market. You know where documents are located, can extract their content, and can answer your colleagues’ questions regarding the content of our leases. * You are responsible for handling contracts, documentation, and contract administration itself—both physically and in LIMA. * You establish the strategy for document handling and rent payment tracking for your market. * You collaborate with colleagues in your market by providing data, key dates, notifications, analytics, and supporting portfolio management from an administrative perspective. * You contribute to corporate protection by ensuring compliance with our contracts and that the H\&M Group receives its entitled contractual benefits. **Contract Execution, Handling, and Data Extraction** * You coordinate and ensure routines for contract and document handling in your market. * You ensure all contracts are properly signed and monitor their execution. * You advise on missing data or information required to guarantee 100% data accuracy in LIMA and other systems. * You may be responsible for internal and external transmission of documents, reports, and notifications. * You audit data related to co-tenancy, key dates, lease terms, and any other relevant information required by your market. * You work jointly with regional and market-level teams from legal, controlling, accounting, facilities, construction, as needed, to verify lease information and provide necessary support. * You ensure payments are processed correctly, providing relevant information to your market’s accounting department. * You prepare and train expansion-related roles to ensure proper data entry and system management. * You understand routines and ways of working of other expansion-related functions. * You can professionally extract and present data. * You audit data related to co-tenancy, key dates, lease terms, etc. **Documentary Process and Procedure Strategy and Implementation** * You define the strategy for document and signature handling in your market. * You define the strategy for data loading and rent payment processing, together with the controlling team. * You create and implement routines for contract execution. * You stay continuously updated on Group routines and propose improved ways of working. * You develop supporting documentation to help your market operate optimally. **Collaboration and Teamwork** * You collaborate closely with the Controlling team, Lease Managers, and other functions in their ways of working. * You understand accounting routines and relevant payment deadlines. * You collaborate with other departments to provide, verify, and confirm lease-related data. * You contact Lease Admins in other markets to share different working methods, processes, templates, etc. **WHO YOU ARE** You maintain strong control and administration of your market’s documents, and implement routines to ensure sound governance processes and prevent information gaps. You work in an organized manner, follow meticulous processes, and pay close attention to detail.
