As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and executing cleaning, organization, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery, ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols established by the organization. Responsibilities * Prepare and execute cleaning and organizing tasks in assigned areas (e.g., dishwashing stations, storage rooms, dining halls, production lines, etc.). * Deliver customer service related to food distribution. * Prepare, replenish, and transport equipment, utensils, supplies, tools, and other items required for food service and cleaning operations. * Execute and support tasks related to monitoring and implementing current company and site-specific protocols and procedures. Requirements * Residency in Iquique and Arica. * Knowledge of food service quality protocols and standards. * Experience in collective catering. * Availability to work rotating 10x10 shifts in the northern region.
