




Job Summary: We are seeking Kitchen Assistants for casino operations within supermarkets, with experience in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, and knife handling, and who are responsible, organized, and flexible. Knowledge of culinary techniques and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **We are looking for Kitchen Assistants for casino operations within supermarkets!** If you have experience in **hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, and knife handling**, and are **responsible, organized, and flexible**, apply with us and join our team! * **Net salary:** $532.000–$541.031 * **Schedule:** **6x1** shift pattern (Monday to Sunday, rotating, with 2 legally mandated Sundays off). * **Shifts: (Availability required for AM, PM, and NIGHT shifts)** * AM: 07:00–15:00 hrs. * PM: 12:00–20:00 hrs. * NIGHT: 21:00–07:00 hrs. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical secondary-level qualification in gastronomy, higher technical qualification, or relevant courses related to the position. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months (preference for institutional food service experience). * **Production capacity:** 100–200 portions. * **Ability to work under pressure.** **Knowledge:** Concepts such as blanching, technical culinary terminology, and cooking methods. * Basic kitchen knowledge. * Types of cuts and use of cutting boards. * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Preparation of side dishes, soups, and creams. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage a station (cold kitchen). * Assist the head chef and chef de partie in preparing soups and side dishes. * Perform **mise en place**. * Prepare 100–150 portions. * Perform minor side-dish-related tasks. ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance at the casino. * Uniform. * Other benefits and overtime pay.
