




Position Summary: We are seeking Kitchen Assistants for supermarket casinos, with experience in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, and knife handling. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to work under pressure and produce 100–200 portions. **We are looking for Kitchen Assistants for supermarket casinos!** If you have experience in **hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, and knife handling**, and you are **responsible, organized, and flexible**, apply with us and join our team! * **Net salary:** $512.946–$521.031 * **Schedule:** **6x1** modality (Monday to Sunday, rotating, with 2 statutory Sundays off). * **Shifts: (availability for both AM & PM shifts required)** * AM: 07:00–15:00 hrs. * PM: 12:00–20:00 hrs. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical secondary-level qualification in gastronomy, higher technical qualification, or relevant courses related to the position. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months (preference given to institutional food service experience). * **Production capacity:** Between 100 and 200 portions. * **Ability to work under pressure.** **Knowledge:** Concepts such as blanching, technical terminology, and cooking methods. * Basic culinary knowledge. * Types of cuts and use of cutting boards. * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Preparation of side dishes, soups, and creams. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage a station (cold kitchen). * Assist the head chef and chef de partie in preparing soups and side dishes. * Perform **mise en place**. * Prepare between 100 and 150 portions. * Perform minor side-dish-related tasks. ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance at the casino. * Uniform. * Other benefits and overtime pay.
