Job responsibilities: \-Apply aseptic techniques: clean area, personal hygiene, environmental hygiene, utensils, machinery, materials, equipment, and workplace premises. \-Prepare desserts, pastries, confectionery, and/or salads and cold dishes. \-Label and store all ingredients in refrigerated chambers or warehouses as appropriate, according to established regulations. \-Handle contaminated, clean, and sterile materials according to hospital-acquired infection prevention and control standards. \-Prepare patient snacks. \-Know how to handle materials, machinery, and equipment; maintain their daily cleanliness; and promptly report any malfunctions. \-Inspect and ensure all preparations are stored appropriately and at optimal temperatures. Main requirements: \-1 year of experience in similar roles or functions. \-Education: Completed secondary education. \-Food Handling Course (desirable).
