Responsibilities * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and comply with hygiene standards for food preparation; * Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, milk and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and other ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. * Assemble and serve meals to patients and staff; distribute meals to rooms and dining areas according to the prescribed regimen and daily schedule. * Schedules Rotating 6x1 shifts * Morning: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * Afternoon: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM * Night: 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience working in mass collective catering kitchens. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
