Responsibilities * Carry out food production tasks in the kitchen area and implement hygiene standards for product preparation; * Perform preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, and sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, milk and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. * Assemble and serve food to patients and staff; distribute food to rooms and dining areas according to the prescribed diet type and daily schedule. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience working in mass collective catering kitchens. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering. * Ability to work as part of a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
