This is an excellent opportunity to learn from within how to ensure integrity and transparency at a solid financial institution. **Your Mission:** Ensure the Cooperative's regulatory compliance through the execution of controls, updating of policies, and technical support, with the aim of mitigating risks and strengthening our institutional integrity culture. **Main responsibilities for your learning:** * Draft and update regulatory manuals, policies, and procedures. * Monitor internal processes to ensure adherence to regulations. • Conduct preventive audits to detect gaps or risks in a timely manner. • Prepare technical reports and risk matrices associated with the programs. * Analyze applicable legislation (CMF, Cooperatives Law, Personal Data Law). * Design ethical training and development materials for staff, as well as deliver such training. * Prepare documentation for internal committees and external regulatory bodies. **Requirements:** Graduate or soon-to-graduate in Law, Business Engineering, or related field. \*No prior experience required\* * Proficiency in Office tools. **Conditions:** Location: Providencia (Los Leones Metro Station). Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (Mon\-Thu 10:00 to 19:00 hrs \| Fri 10:00 to 17:45 hrs). Contract: Fixed-term for 3 months, with possibility of indefinite contract based on performance.
