Our **Premium Automotive** team is seeking a **JLR Mechanical Assistant** to join Inchcape **Chile**. The purpose of this role is to perform diagnosis and repair of vehicles requiring medium-technical-complexity work, ensuring vehicle repair and customer satisfaction according to brand standards and business objectives. **What You’ll Do** * Perform technician and assistant duties—including diagnosis, repair of vehicles (of medium technical complexity), replacement of parts (internal and OEM) and tires—to ensure customer satisfaction through adherence to service standards, customer experience, and vehicle repair quality. * Provide information to advisors for preparing warranties, goodwill claims, and extended warranties—and to enable advisors to communicate effectively with customers, complying with factory-established process standards. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork. * Manage and coordinate vehicle wash and delivery timelines, overseeing third-party work execution to ensure customer satisfaction. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Work experience in automotive workshop service with customer-facing responsibilities. * Results-oriented mindset. * Professional qualification in Automotive Mechanics or a related field. * Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory requirement). * Proficiency in MS Office at user level. * Intermediate English proficiency (including technical terminology used in manuals and customer interactions). **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
