We are therefore seeking a Customer Experience Manager whose primary objective will be to lead and coordinate a team responsible for overseeing that all areas of Valle Nevado deliver a high-quality experience to visitors and safeguard our brand image—from day skiers to hotel guests. Your main mission will be to ensure that each area complies with established protocols, guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction. **What do you need to join our team?:** A university degree ideally in Tourism, Public Relations, or Marketing. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. English and/or Portuguese (basic/intermediate level) is highly desirable. Minimum three years’ experience in similar roles. Good health compatible with working at high altitude (+3,000 m). Flexibility to work rotating shifts. Position Conditions **You will be working with us in the following modality:** On-site.
