A prominent insurance company is seeking a Surety Insurance Commercial Executive, focused on prospecting new clients and managing the portfolio, thereby contributing to the company's commercial growth. We are looking for a highly motivated commercial professional with strong client relationship skills and the ability to generate new business opportunities within the insurance market. Main Responsibilities * Prospect and contact potential clients to present the company's services. * Coordinate and conduct commercial meetings with existing clients and prospects. * Prepare and submit commercial proposals aligned with the company's offerings. * Follow up on business opportunities until closure. * Maintain consistent communication with clients to strengthen commercial relationships and identify new opportunities. * Manage and update the client and prospect database. * Periodically report on the status of commercial opportunities and management results. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper management and execution of offered services. Requirements * Completed secondary education. Technical or professional training in Administration, Business Engineering, Insurance Technician, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or insurance brokerage firms, preferably in commercial or commercial support roles. * Knowledge of general insurance or surety insurance is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other Office tools. * Commercial skills, customer orientation, and organizational ability. * Availability to conduct commercial activities and client visits.
