Identify and propose continuous improvements, leveraging AI. * Manage and support personnel recruitment and contracting in accordance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and formal documentation requirements. * Coordinate training aligned with business needs, meeting assigned training targets, and planning and monitoring progress toward those goals. * Coordinate the store’s performance evaluation process, ensuring compliance with the company-defined procedure and developing plans to enhance employee capabilities. * Manage and oversee tasks related to people administration—including employment contracts, contractual modifications, accurate execution of monthly payroll processing, vacation management, terminations, final settlements, medical leaves, personnel file maintenance, shift scheduling, and incentive programs—in accordance with company policies and current labor legislation. * Ensure proper compliance with current labor legislation regarding documentation safeguards for external personnel working at stores (Subcontracting Law). * Represent the company before public and private institutions in the course of duties—such as the Labor Inspection Directorate, Labor Courts, and related entities. * Monitor and manage HR-related expenses and data—including cafeteria costs, overtime, among others. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional degree in Business Administration Engineering, Social Work, or Psychology. * Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration. * Familiarity with hiring regulations, company policies, and legal topics is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency is desirable, as well as familiarity with AI tools.
