




**Position Objective:** Carry out Human Resources and Administration processes and tasks, providing support and assistance to the area in order to contribute to achieving the objectives of the Administration and Finance Management, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and proper employee service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes. * Maintain records of contracts, annexes, certificates, termination letters, and severance agreements. * Update compensation and vendor information, auditing data provided by the external accountant. * Monitor attendance records and the contracted control system. * Receive and manage employee requests (advances, vacations, permissions, benefits, etc.). * Address employee inquiries with guidance on contractual and administrative matters. * Quote and identify new suppliers for the administration area (meeting rooms, corporate gifts, supplies, etc.). * Carry out internal communications, including drafting announcements, presentations, and coordinating meetings. * Analyze and propose additional benefits for the organization. **Job Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or Human Resources tasks. * Proficiency in personnel management tools and intermediate/advanced level Excel skills. * Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. * Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. * Prior experience in supplier coordination and internal communication is desirable. **Offer Conditions:** * Work Mode: Remote or hybrid (depending on availability) * Schedule: Full\-time * Contract: Permanent (first month fixed-term) **Benefits:** * Remote/hybrid position * Flexible working hours * Half-day off on birthday * Affiliation with Caja de Compensación Los Andes * Support for training and professional development * Access to company social benefits and agreements Type of position: Full-time Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in similar roles? * Do you hold a technical or professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field? * What is your expected net salary for this position?
