We are seeking a responsible, proactive individual with solid knowledge in labor and subcontracting matters, capable of supporting administrative and management processes within the HR department. Main responsibilities: Management and control of employment contracts. Submission of documentation and procedures at the Labor Directorate (DT). Processing and monitoring of medical leaves. Support in subcontracting processes and coordination with external companies. Other duties inherent to the Human Resources department. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources areas.
