The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and execute people administration processes within the organization, with a focus on the employee's full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations and internal policies. ✨**Key Challenges?** · Initiate and coordinate recruitment and selection processes, as well as carry out and manage hiring, personnel file maintenance, and employment documentation. · Enter and validate earnings, deductions, overtime hours, vacations, attendance, leaves, and other data into the compensation system. · Execute and calculate monthly salary payments, as well as settlements and social security payroll submissions to Previred. · Manage separation processes, prepare final settlement documents (finiquitos), and issue legal notifications. · Maintain area records, indicators, and statistics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, overtime, etc.). ✨**What Are We Looking For?** · Technical or professional education in Business Administration, Human Resources, HR Engineering, Accounting, or related field. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles handling the full employee lifecycle, personnel administration, compensation, and HR management. · Intermediate Excel proficiency. · ERP Softland experience preferred. · Knowledge of current labor legislation, labor relations, etc. ✨**What Do We Offer?** · Fixed-term contract, followed by indefinite-term contract, with access to various corporate benefits. · Life insurance through medical chamber. · Dental benefits. · Life insurance. · Patriotic and Christmas holiday fund. · Patriotic and Christmas holiday bonus. · Monday to Friday, full-time schedule (40 hours): Shift A: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. · Shift B: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. ✨**Where?** Maipú, fully on-site.
