Teamwork with a focus on customer service. **About the Position** At Gastek Engineering, we are looking to hire a **Gas Inspection and Certification Support Technician** to join our field team. This position is designed for technicians who wish to begin or advance their careers in gas installation inspection and certification, with a strong interest in learning, embracing new challenges, and growing professionally within a specialized and continuously expanding company. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct technical visits to clients within the Metropolitan Region. * Assist in collecting and recording technical information. * Support the review of installations in accordance with current regulations and the company’s internal procedures. * Prepare equipment and materials required for inspections. * Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients, building administrators, and end users. * Comply with quality, safety, and ethical standards established by Gastek Engineering. **Requirements** * Higher Technical or Professional degree in Electricity, Gas, Mechanics, Construction, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Applicants with or without work experience are welcome. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Availability for fieldwork within the Metropolitan Region. * Having personal transportation is considered an advantage (non-exclusive). **Competencies and Skills** * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to work in a team. * Strong communication skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Honesty and integrity. * Willingness to learn and develop professionally. * Customer service orientation.
