Additionally, drive process automation and continuous improvement to optimize the cooperative's operational efficiency. **Specific Responsibilities:** Regarding the process map, the Operations Intelligence Analyst role is responsible for 12 level-3 processes focused on: * Actively participating in the automation, validation, control, and continuous improvement of processes related to regulatory files. * Gathering and analyzing user needs to design dashboards that manage processes, always with a focus on continuous improvement. * Producing analytical reports on processes monitored by the Operations Management. * Conducting analysis and presenting proposals aimed at the continuous improvement of the cooperative's processes. **Working Hours: We offer a 40-hour workweek**, from Monday to Thursday, 08:45 to 17:45, and Friday from 08:45 to 16:30. Includes 45 minutes for lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
