Job Summary: This role involves carrying out industrial and medical gas reception, classification, production, and packaging processes, ensuring safety and reliability. Key Highlights: 1. When we come together – where every voice is heard and everyone knows they belong and matter – we create solutions that launch people into space, support lifesaving care in hospitals, and enable the construction of groundbreaking, world scale production facilities. **Reimagine What’s Possible** ### **Description:** **Carry out the reception, classification, and production/packaging of: high-pressure cylinders, bundles, cryo-carriers, and cryogenic dewars; industrial, medical, and industrial specialty gases; and delivery to the supply chain, in compliance with production instructions and procedures. Fulfill guidelines and objectives defined by the Compressed Gases Production Management, ensuring performance oriented toward process safety and reliability, as well as assigned resources** ### **Responsibilities:** * ### **Perform filling process activities according to work instructions.** * ### **Issue safe work permits under the responsibility of the area where duties are performed.** * ### **Carry out BSP activities defined in the annual plan, in accordance with established safety procedures and standards within our systems.** * ### **Use the cylinder tracking system (PACT) correctly, verifying proper entry of production data into the system and ensuring appropriate labeling standards.** * ### **Conduct equipment and facility inspections, performing autonomous operational maintenance PM02 and PM11 inspection tasks.** * ### **Apply standards and procedures of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Storage Practices (GSP), and maintain them operational.** * ### **Conduct RT inventory (empty cylinders) according to site planning.** * ### **Provide support as needed for customer service and forklift operations (loading/unloading trucks).** ### **Requirements:** * ### **Education: Completed secondary education. Technical studies in Mechanics, Electricity, Industrial Engineering, and/or Maintenance preferred.** * ### **No prior experience required. Production experience preferred.** * ### **Manual handling of loads and materials.** * ### **Forklift operation preferred (Class D license).** * ### **Basic PC user-level proficiency.** * ### **SAP user-level knowledge preferred.** *“At Air Products, we do not distinguish individuals with special abilities.
