We are currently looking for a **Field Sales Representative** to join Obramax, a leading company in the construction sector, contributing to commercial growth and strengthening our customer portfolio. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and expand the customer portfolio through active prospecting. * Conduct field sales visits to identify business opportunities. * Identify customer needs and advise them on construction materials solutions. * Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial proposals. * Manage negotiations and close sales. * Oversee the entire sales process comprehensively. * Report market opportunities, customer behavior, and industry trends. * Achieve established sales targets. **Requirements** * Proven experience in field sales. * Experience in the construction sector or in selling construction materials is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience using CRM systems is desirable. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Excellent negotiation skills and customer orientation. * Strong motivation to achieve targets and deliver results. **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary: **$553\.533** * Statutory bonus. * Consecutive workweek. * Commissions based on sales and target achievement. * Attractive uncapped commission system, calculated according to sales margin. * Applicable statutory deductions. **Allowances** * $200\.000 for fuel. * $50\.000 for vehicle wear and insurance. **Work Location:** Metropolitan Region.
