**About the Role**
* Coordinate electrical discipline designs appropriately with other disciplines (mechanical, instrumentation, civil, structural, etc.)
* Ability to represent Ausenco as the client’s counterpart.
* Development of electrical documentation for procurement of electrical equipment.
* Creation and review of drawings.
* Electrical calculations: short-circuit levels, lighting.
* Electrical equipment list / load list / cable list, thermal dissipation, single-line diagrams.
* Design/selection of electrical rooms and their main components (Transformers/MCC/VFDs)
* Leadership skills to ensure engineering designs and deliverables are fit for input.
**About You**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 3–7 years of experience in mining projects—particularly concentrator plants—related to power infrastructure design (high, medium, and low voltage), including substations and electrical rooms.
* Experience in detailed engineering projects (EP, EPCM). (Mandatory).
* Electrical design per se (within the context above), including single-line diagrams, equipment layout, calculation memoranda (grounding grids, cables, etc.), and electrical studies (load demand, short-circuit, power flow, etc.).
* Knowledge of electrical equipment and particularly procurement processes involving technical evaluations.
* Familiarity with electrical calculation software (ETAP).
* User-level proficiency with 3D modeling tools.
* Knowledge of BIM for the Electrical discipline.
* Intermediate English level (B2\).
