If you are passionate about building leadership from within, embedding discipline across an entire commercial structure, and enabling multiple teams to execute as one, this is your place. **What You’ll Do** ---------------- * Lead, challenge, and develop Field Sales channel Team Leaders, serving as their role model for execution, coaching, and accountability * Ensure each leader maintains a robust pipeline, reliable forecast, and funnel discipline—without exception—across their teams * Identify performance gaps at the leader and team levels, addressing them swiftly through on-the-ground support and data analysis * Guarantee rigorous use of CRM and commercial management tools across the entire structure under your supervision * Train strong, autonomous, and results-oriented Team Leaders capable of scaling the channel consistently and replicably **You’ll Be Ideal for This Role If** -------------------------------- * Proven experience leading commercial leaders, with a track record of training, developing, and evaluating field management profiles * Ability to build replicable leadership structures where each Team Leader operates with autonomy, judgment, and accountability * Expert command of pipeline, forecast, and commercial KPIs, with analytical orientation to turn data into decisions and development conversations * Comfort operating in high-pressure environments, with clarity in communicating expectations and speed in executing change * Advanced proficiency in CRM and route/activity management tools **Why Join SumUp** -------------------------- * Opportunity to work globally with SumUppers on large-scale fintech products used by millions of businesses worldwide—from our office in Santiago.
