We are a company present in Chile and Peru, operating in the industrial steel sector, construction with manufacturing plants, and mining services—including company-owned camps and hotels. Our distinguishing features include a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and—above all—our people. ### **What will be your purpose in this role?** The **Cross-Functional Support Staff** will be responsible for supporting diverse operational activities in the field, collaborating with work teams according to project requirements, and complying with organizational safety, quality, and procedural standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support various operational activities required in the field. * Collaborate with work teams according to project needs. * Carry out tasks assigned by supervision. * Comply with safety and quality standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. ### **Working Conditions** * **Work Location:** Antofagasta. * **Work Schedule:** rotating shift system **14x14**. * **Net Salary:** based on position and assigned responsibilities. * A **transportation allowance** is included. * Coordinated transportation to and from Antofagasta. * For candidates from other regions, mobilization coordination will be arranged according to the origin site. * **Meals and uniform** will be provided. * Opportunity to join a project linked to the **mining sector**, and one of the country’s leading mining operations.
