Autonomously generate management reports and performance dashboards. **Mandatory Requirements:** **Excel Proficiency:** Fluent use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data visualization (dashboards/charts). **Intermediate English:** Ability to exchange written messages with support teams and international stakeholders. **Education and Experience:** **Education:** Technical or university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles, with solid knowledge of aging analysis and reconciliation processes.
