Continuously monitor operational indicators such as Service Level, Fill Rate, Instock, Days on Hand (DOH), and Forecast accuracy. Analyze commercial and logistics data to anticipate stockout or overstock risks. Coordinate actions with customers and internal teams to ensure product availability. Identify root causes of non-compliance and propose action plans to improve service. Track orders, deliveries, and operational incidents. Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making. Participate in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.
