You will have the opportunity to actively participate in supply management for key accounts in the Modern Channel, regional chains, and other retail chains, directly contributing to product availability and achievement of commercial objectives. Job Objective Optimize operational indicators for Modern Channel accounts by ensuring proper product supply to points of sale through information analysis, order tracking, and coordination with customers and internal departments. Main Responsibilities Collaboratively manage planning, forecasting, and replenishment for assigned accounts. Continuously monitor operational indicators such as Service Level, Fill Rate, Instock, Days on Hand (DOH), and Forecast accuracy. Analyze commercial and logistics data to anticipate stockout or overstock risks. Coordinate actions with customers and internal teams to ensure product availability. Identify root causes of non-compliance and propose action plans to improve service. Track orders, deliveries, and operational incidents. Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making. Participate in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives. Requirements Requirements Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration Engineering. Professional internship or experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is desirable. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Power BI knowledge is desirable.
