Our team in Chile is undergoing continuous growth, and we are currently recruiting professionals for the **Construction, Superintendent** role.
**About the Role**
* Lead the implementation and governance of the Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
* Serve as the technical and strategic AWP subject-matter expert, ensuring correct adoption by multidisciplinary teams.
* Coordinate and integrate various project phases, including: Engineering, Procurement and Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up, Operations.
* Define and manage the Path of Construction (POC), aligning construction strategy with project objectives.
* Develop and administer packaging strategies (Engineering Work Packages, Construction Work Packages, and Installation Work Packages).
* Implement and promote the use of BIM and 4D simulation tools to optimize project planning and execution.
* Drive constructability initiatives to improve productivity and reduce field constraints.
* Ensure advanced planning to increase project predictability and performance.
* Lead change management processes associated with implementing AWP and BIM methodologies.
* Promote process standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement.
* Participate in the development and review of technical requirements for procurement processes.
* Support the development of prefabrication and modularization strategies to optimize project execution.
* Monitor performance indicators and generate actions to maximize business value delivery.
**About You**
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Specialization in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
* Proven experience implementing AWP on capital projects, preferably within the mining sector.
* Experience in project planning, scheduling, and control.
* Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes.
* Knowledge and application of constructability principles.
* Experience with complementary methodologies such as Lean Construction, BIM, and Agile.
* Experience integrating interfaces and activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
* Experience developing and reviewing specifications and technical requirements.
* Advanced proficiency in AWP-based construction packaging strategies.
* Knowledge and experience in prefabrication and modularization processes.
* Intermediate conversational English.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (MSP), Navisworks Simulate, Synchro 4D, Synchro Control, and Synchro Field.
* Experience in 4D simulation and visual project planning.
* Use of digitalization and automation tools for construction control.
